Payment & Delivery
Payments for items purchased on our website can be made via Card, Paypal or Cash on collection.
Our prices currently include a delivery fee. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion.
Dispatch of items will usually be within 2-3 days of payment. Payment for all items must be received prior to shipping.
We currently use Royal Mail Signed For and Hermes, for all of our deliveries.
Returns and Refunds
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us via email prior to returning. If the item is damaged please attach pictures to the email. Items will need to be returned in the same condition they were sent in, with all original packaging.
The buyer will need to pay the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. All items must be returned via a traceable or tracked service.
All items will be fully inspected upon return and any refunds will be given back via the means payment was made.
Fenland Tools sells a variety of woodworking hand tools, some of which have sharp edges and blades. As safety of our customers is of high regard we ensure that all items are carefully and safely packaged ready for delivery. By purchasing our products customers are advised whether a tool is sharp in the listings prior to purchase and customers accept by purchasing them that they will open all packages with due care and attention. It is also a customers responsibility to ensure no children or partially sighted person opens packages.
We cannot accept responsibility for those who injure themselves on tools bought here and customers accept full responsibility of their competence to handle them safely.
